Monday, Nov 26               Boys Basketball Home vs. St. Helens 4pm/5:30pm 

Boys Basketball @ MODA Center        Get your ticket ASAP! Astoria vs St. Helens on Thursday, Dec. 6th at MODA Center. All 8th grade basketball players must purchase a ticket in order to play in the game. Cost is $14 a ticket.  


Fall Break / November 21st – 23rd / No School

PBiS Character                 Character for the month of November is Integrity. Integrity is a term used to describe a person's level of honesty, moral commitments, and willingness to do what's right.

What does Integrity look like?

Integrity means you associate with people who have strong morals. 

Ice Cream Social    Monday, Nov. 19th

DC Dance               First DC evening dance is November 30th. The theme is Red Carpet/Paris which means you can dress up if you want, but you don’t have to if you don’t want. Dance is from 7:00-9:00pm, cost is $5. There will be various concessions, goodies and a photo booth.         

Math Lab               Need some extra help with math? Available every Monday & Wednesday after school in room 109 is Math Lab till 5pm. There is an After School Activity Bus available if you need transportation home. Make sure to sign up for the After School Activities Bus in the office.

Homework Club               Every Tuesday! Come get some extra help with your homework on Tuesday’s afterschool in room 103 till 5:00pm. Need transportation home sign up for the After School Activities Bus in the office.

Rainbow Flag Club          

What: This is a club for feeling that you belong no matter what your orientation, or who you like.

When: Every Friday, during 7th period

Why: To help people know they aren’t alone

Where: AMS Library

Advisor: Mrs. Rollins

The Rainbow Flag Club is about who you are and who you like. If you have questions or don’t know, come here! Also if you have gotten bullied or gotten teased this is the club that can help you deal with that and help you feel awesome!

Harry Potter Club            

What: Harry Potter Club

When: Monday’s – 7th period

Where: AMS Library (Supervisor: Mrs. Lawrence

Why: A place where people show their magical heart. There are activities, crafts, and topics to talk about. Both muggle and purebloods are welcome.

North Coast United Soccer        Interested in playing soccer? Come pick up a flyer in the office with all the information. Practice begins Nov. 6th.

Lost & Found         If you are missing items please check with the office and the cabinet in hallway outside of the office. There are lots of unclaimed hoodies and jackets. Come check the cabinet!
